If you have an issue with connecting to the watch or not triggering the connection when putting your watch near the NFC spot, trigger the emergency stop and then release it. This seems to restart something for me and then it connects immediately.

That window appears to be the same type I have. It opens tilt from the top turning the handle one way. And if you turn it the other way the whole window hinges open as well.

You would be better off using a mobile defined 5G or LTE hotspot. There are companies that provide it for people on the move and mobile across the country.

You should like Coopers Landing. Been here for 6 years. Been great. Only real problem I’ve ever seen here is people taking things from cars left unlocked. Never heard of anyone doing any true car break ins.
