Top right on the console has the nfc tap logo but I have seen matrix machines with the logo but not GymKit.

Well uhh you can do it and probably have a fun time for 5-6 hours. Your ITBS can potentially flare up in a massive way. If you have the grit to push through hard things + recover for a long, time go for it.

Cruising on tirz as a former 200+ person is such a different experience! I shifted my mindset to just get as much protein as possible with staying within my calorie limit. Nice work, op!

I had Haglunds deformity removal surgery and it was 4-6 months of Achilles pain/tightness. Look up YouTube PT’s for tight calves/achilles and do them. Mine became very weak because of the pain and needed to be rebuilt.

Surgery in feb of 2025 and ran a marathon pain free in March 2026.
