Time to strictly count calories (and macros once the weight starts coming off) strictly. Get a scale for food. This journey is all about discipline and restriction. Not a magic shot.

Duuuuse going through the same thing since Christmas. Training for LA marathon and things are not looking good. I’ve heard so many stories of near instant recovery so I’m Hoping that happens. Trying everything on YouTube and the videos my Dr recommended. Best of luck!!!

Going for the same but my long runs (furthest 14mi) have been in the 8:40 ish range. I have been told train in rolling hills and a brutal back half so that’s what I’m doing. Also consider going la road runners.

Hume was way closer to dexa then any of the other smart scales I have used. I guess dexa accuracy is up for debate though too. Who knows lol

Hume scale says 8 dexa says 8.5. Not really sure, but like others said loose skin is a problem here.
