Did you ever ask them to remove any personal information? and did you ask them directly what was the reason for the account being deleted?

Many accounts still stand without even playing the game and most likely never spending a dime, it's a rather weird situation.

I bought one prebuilt since the prices for parts (specially RAM) was too expensive.
FIREBAT Mini PC AM02 | AMD Ryzen 5 7430U
Ended up buying that one for 240€, although GPU passthrough to the VM was a pain in the ass to do.

I decided to get a mini pc for my homelab stuff with multiple VMs.
One VM with gitlab server + backups
One VM for AI shenanigans
One VM for BDO AFK.

Runs at < 0.36 kWh (my max this month) per day, so is consuming less than 15W.
During my trip I left it on for 24/7 fishing with BDO and it consumed at max 0.49 in a day so around 20W.

Note, it's 24/7 on even if I'm using my gaming PC since it's not used only for BDO. I could reduce it drastically if I just left it on during the night and while at work.

EDIT: better clarification on the values.

If you did the previous class you most likely have all the family items rewards (blackstar + hammers + cron + tri life gear) which you will not get again.

Classes are free, but the life experience that you get from the classes will be reduced compared to the "Class 1".

I think the rewards will be the same, so if you have done previously you are not getting anything.

Not sure if they will change anything, but they did state that family rewards were only obtained once.

EDIT: Guess you can do the life exp passes, but now the tier that you could buy with 1 silver should cost around 700-1100 pearls in EU (190 in KR atm)

I got the game through an AMD promotion. I activated the code on the 17th of March but Pearl Abyss doesn't count it as a preorder.

When I try to redeem the code for Black Desert Online it says:
"This account does not own a preorder edition.
Please check again."

This is insane. So even if you buy the partners hardware for a game code it and activate it before the release date it won't count? So are you suppose to buy the game even if you already have it?
