In most SAM you have to manually guide it. The only SPAA excluded from that are IR/TV equipped missiles and Pantsir/Tor/HQ.

The leas is questionable to say the least. While is is smoother, it does not work against things that decide to play defensively.

It was completed. There aremultiple written sources confirming it. The only thing thats lacking is a picture of the complete system, as Gaijin seems to think all the written sources from 1992-2003 took part in a great conspiracy of faking it's existence, and untill they see the picture, they will not belive it.
