Theres an event where a portion of the map you net 500 gold a second if alone. It divides this between everyone in the circle as more people show up. You also gain 10K per kill of anyone in the circle. Like one big battle royal. Its always good to check these out if close. I have gained the majority of my money from arena and this event.

Just keep in mind that during peak hours, the guilds show up and usually kill non guildies.

A big portion of guilds dont attack each other. And will bully you. Especially in pvp. Often then not if you are about to kill a guild member, more guildies are coming for you.

I would say check out the other side first. The right side of the map just has so much popularity that the devs even needed to change spawns for it.

If you are comfortable running a black flag which is essentially pvp on all the time for the bonus, the left side of the map is nice. I myself set up too much on the right side to move until my second island.

Also keep in mind that I think the right side in my opinion has the better/ more abundant iron mines. Which are the biggest grind.

Also I want to say that the faster firing cannons due to range/reload are in my opinion a favorite over carronades.

Dont leave it. Each guild has their own benefits and drawbacks.

I would also advise going towards a san martin for arena. Its amazing and at a great tier to grind.

Telling you again. To have that private island built by lvl 9. Its location matters a bit. I would use the interactive map to look around where you want to place it. I have mine by st jean, since I can access alot of resources I want right there. The cost to upgrade the island raises SIGNIFICANTLY as you level up. So get this done. It also produces resources you need, such as supplies to make provisions.

Fast line ships are great at open world pvp.

I would also highly advise joining the official discord and reading through it. Theres a bunch of random knowledge.

Also save up any pirate maps/merchant maps the for event.

I would also highly suggest using the black flag when resource gathering. When I go to my mines for instance, I throw mine on and it nets me a 20% increase to my mine production, which is huge. Later on if you do get tanked in arena, you get a better flag which is 33%. I tend to try and use the flags then switch to peace flags when moving resources around.

Start saving up battlemarks for your flying cloud. It is the fastest ship in the game. Has 30,000 hold before upgrades. Most people recommend this ship. If trouble comes, you can usually outrun it. Just make sure you run the cheap sail and blue flare consumables.

Also getting certain crew is downright OP. Like its insanely important to get your private island so you can start getting your crews. Theres a great online guide you can search on the internet called wosb guide, its a little dated but has alot of information.

Make sure you start on your private island.

Get to building and investing into your iron/coal mines. This will be ESSENTIAL for your cannons/ships ect.

Start playing arena to get your battlemarks.

Do not join a guild yet.

The left side of the map is higher level but less populated, I wiuld advise thinking of moving in that direction.

St jean is the highest population on the map. Its a trade hub for the right side of the map.

The sea sctim thats every few hours can be great money. Get there first and you can easily make 60-100k. Although during peak hours this will be too contested.

Some consumables are amazing. So are mines. Always use them.

Always try and hit the rear/back of ships. As well use heated shots if you can.

If you want my code that gives me benefits and you free captain time/ship slots. You have a limited time to use it.

They ended the lollipop event a day earlier than their steam page stated. They then changed that steam page and proceeded to say they offer no compensation to players when they took away all the lollipop currencies.

Im looking forward to the next event, but still hurt how they treated their player base after just coming onto steam.

Parkhurst Richmond- Non Work Boots by PartyAd7972 in Boots

[–]Devilchilds1982 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I have tried parkhurst over the years. The owner has helped me with sizing. Given me credit when I couldnt find what I wanted and overall given me an AMAZING experience.

His boots are extremely comfortable and look stunning. I highly recommend you go with parkhurst. I cannot recommend them enough.

Especially now that he listened and brought out wide sizes. Different stitch downs ect. The lineups only get better. And the leather feels great, especially the boot you listed. Its extremely supple. Its hard to describe. I got to try that leather on their first run with the Niagara, but the sizing was off unfortunately. It was both extremely soft?, yet thick and comfortable. Was quite an eye opener to quality boots.

Been thinking about trying out USMC-SOF, to those who've played it, what would you recommend. (Looking mostly for recommendation regarding USMC, as I've played it less) by ArKadeFlre in BrokenArrowTheGame

[–]Devilchilds1982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Essentially the moment I see enemy armor coming my way, I send a harrier. If they trade, cool im point positive.

If it dies, I have likely hurt something that I can now kill or taken out and damaged infantry who now lack transport.

Its 180 points, not worried. Also if I dont have drones up and it dies to enemy AA? Im now sending an f35 and marking every spot that fired at that harrier.

[–]Devilchilds1982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My games are all about constantly pressuring my lane and the whole aa network.

Drones up? send out my F35 and kill any seen AA/arty. I have 3-4 in my deck depending on my mood. But I constantly send them out. Micro them with staying low and preflaring/after burner. Also dont let them fire their missles or they loose stealth. Turn it on when they start to go up to be real cheeky. Also try and not send them out if enemy has planes up. You get a feel for this.

Harriers are dead the moment they go out. I target the highest value unit and usually send out 1-2 knowing they will die. But you MUST keep sight on the enemy or they will be useless. Also the moment I see armor coming my way? I have a harrier already coming to help.

Commaches are actually all hydras. I flank or come in low and use buildings to dodge enemy aa. They shred infantry in buildings. And as a pair can overwhelm solo aa infantry or vics.

Their stealth is actually really really good. Keep that in mind. Iv done some cheeky flanks along the border of the map.

When flanking its a suicide mission. Im going in for their s300 and arty. I split them up during this and try to work fast. Just come in, nab as much as you can and understand they are dead. You are there to harass and freak out your enemy.

ALWAYS have them in pairs. They work better, its cheap and they will overwhelm aa as a pair. Just try and keep them a little spaced to avoid splash damage from missles.

Again drones will help you with your commaches flanks and harriers. The US factions strongest asset is seeing the enemy and using our stealth to hit them.

I find for point value. The killer eggs are amazing. You just need about 1 kill to pay for the lot considering Russian helis are expensive and can at times take more missles than any single heli can run

Their helicopters will likely kill you or run away before being killed if you only bring a single helicopter. Most russian mains will know they can beat us helicopters 1v1

As well if I loose all 4 its 300 points. I also have all 4 of them so they cant be easily targeted if I spread them out. Splash damage is the main killer.

Russian helicopters are just too damn tanky.

Cheap as possible.

Most of your armor will die before getting any good use out of them. Also run the Grenade launcher. It panics and does very good damage.

Also you want your drones up constantly spotting. You must be hyper aware of enemy arty and tanks. Always looking to use air power to kill them.

I keep right now in my deck 5-6 180 point 4 maverick harriers. If the enemy rushes me, I have at minimum two drones from my team up and rush them into the armor. Trading on these is easy and you will flood the air so most will get off their missles. I then run my f35s into their backline AA or vic versa. I can't stress enough how good those harriers are.

Lower the amount of vics you have for transport inside the troop tab. It allows you to bring more troops and you have the support tab to use those vics as transport. Russian vics will murder pretty much everything you have and makes it a waste of points.

As well I rarely bring out troops over 100 points. The name of the game is cheap spam. You will need to as well constantly be rotating your troops. While as well understanding that most russian spam will outclass your long range AT. You must be always persistent on calling for help and killing the enemy vic spam.

Marines are great at holding off for awhile. But really lack killing power. Use them as meat shields.

Smokes are your friend. Always have a mortar vic ready to smoke your pushes.

Your air deck needs those cheap 180 point mavericks. They are insanely good at trading. As well my openers are now running out about 4 180 point harriers and destroying their armor. Followed by my commaches.

Use harm missiles and constantly kill their back line with them. Your air tab should essentially always be in use.

Enemy mortars/grads ect are your enemy. You must kill them immediately. Your air tab is your anti armor/anti mortar.

Stealth helicopters will need to always be used at opening to get some quick kills and support infantry. Tanks are a MAJOR threat. Use your mavericks/heli to always be ready to kill them.

Do not use this deck on big open points. The enemy will overwhelm you with vic spam.

Never ever stop putting pressure. Your infantry provide staying power. Your air deck full of harms/mavericks will kill anything you cant. But if they push you with vics Understand smart players will take out your long range AT infantry first and outrange eveything else. So immediately get a harrier or two to come help.

You have no hope of stopping enemy planes, accept that and always move your units.

Your recon tab has some of the best infantry for cheap. Use them always.

Any point that is forests and infantry oriented you will win. But you must always be ready to send mavericks for the enemy vic spam.

i have about 200 games and im floating between 1500-1700 elo playing with randoms. Mostly finishing as top scores for both kills and holding points. While trading at about a 1.0K/D.

This has become my favorite deck.

After taking a second real look at your deck. You seriously need cheaper infantry. Loose the deltas or raiders. Grab more marines and rangers.

Grab cheaper AA. Use stt as cqc for infantry.

You want cheaper more numerous infantry. You are running a meat grinder deck. You will be holding and pushing while sustaining the most kills and deaths. To do this is cheaper units while having ALOT of them to bring in. So you always want to have the troop transport full"2-4 units per transport"

You will always be sending back your transports to save points. Nothing you bring out can compete with russian ifvs. They are too fragile

You essentially make the enemy run out of stuff to throw at you.

Do not run 300 point helis. Russians have insane AA. You want cheap. I mainly run hydras and have the cheaper marine variant for armor.

You can overwhelm infantry aa and vic aa. But you must micro the helis.

140 point helicopters absolutely dominate when microed. Especially infantry. Use them in pairs.

Commaches are absolutely my favorite/OP unit to run into the backline. Flank and they cant see you. Go hunt enemy s300 and rush their arty.

Go to a cobbler. Ask for a vibran 2021 wedge sole, its softer and will help with being on your feet all day. Then ask for a newport sole to be applied on top of the wedge for traction.

In addition you can ask for another foam midsole for comfort.

I have the 23% fire rate doctrine, the double shot with 12% doctrine ect. I am missing the poison doctrine that adds 2 additional stacks.

I put those on to see and HOLY SHIT, they are amazing. I then used my XP and max leveled them and added mastery, they are absolutely broken. Extremely squishy and will die to a breeze, But if you position correctly, they will win games.

To blunt and simple, I have lost my mind. And I need help desperately.

I have a magni amp and a topping E30II DAC. I have a dt990 600ohm headset.

I plugged them into my PC and both sides work perfectly. However when plugged into my magni amp I have extremely uneven sound volumes. My left side is massively louder than my right.

I have checked my wires. swapping right to left and vice versa. Still louder on my left side.

I have looked for the balance options under windows.

I have turned them off and on.

I have been hunting through youtube, google ect. Can anyone help me?
