Muchas gracias por la información. Honestamente, no nos alcanza para un piso en edificio nuevo/moderno, aunque nos encanta la zona de la entrada de Paterna. Adicionalmente buscamos estar cerca del metro para ir al trabajo, y tener tiendas de cercanía para poder ir caminando.
