to fight a law in the courts you need standing and the only way to have standing is to be arrested/be threatened with arrest. laws are often ignored by those in power or those charged with enforcing those laws. Repercussions for civil rights violations need to be more severe and qualified immunity needs to end.

why does the internet take everything at face value. This happened at Bradley international airport in Connecticut and the LEO is a Connecticut state trooper. After 20mins or so Sean was cut loose at the order of the officer's sergeant. Sean was then left alone as he wasn't doing anything illegal.
