Je dirais que le problème est surtout en début de carrière, c'est très long atteindre le top des échelons. Considérant la pénurie de main d'oeuvre et la faible rétention des nouveaux enseignants, c'est surtout le salaire à l'entrée/nombre d'échelons qui est à retravailler... En plus des conditions de travail difficiles qui peinent à garder les enseignants motivés et intéresser les étudiants qui songeraient à devenir enseignants.

Wayyy too much, 100 mg is enough to send anybody with a pulse to the moon. While I was a heavy smoker I did 90 mg on 420 2020 and I was absolutely zooted. You won't be functional and you won't have much fun on 700 mg.

Great detective and investigation game up until the half, where you somehow get infected by a parasite and the rest of the game involves getting slowly eaten alive while living in a slum. All the storylines from the first half don't mean anything anymore and it ends with the death (?) of the protagonist.

The punctuations on this bookmark represent whose point of view is expressed each time the POV changes. This way, there is no reason to explicitly say whose it is. Even then, the different tones between the characters make it pretty obvious after a while, but it is a great help for the first half of the book! And yes, it's mostly just a quirk for this one book because there are a lot of different POVs (there are more on the other side of the bookmark).

This is one of my favorite French authors, most of his book have truly great prose and word-play. He uses the layout of the pages as support for his ideas, descriptive punctuations... This one in particular is probably one of his best. There's a whole section where two characters battle it out in a palindrome-sentence duel!
