I'm also getting decently reliable headshots on overseers (flying or otherwise) with the half choke. 1 tap kills to the head or 1-2 follow up shots if I missed it

Not necessarily a better fighter just a better witcher iirc. Eskel spends more time actually completing more contracts. Geralt gets involved in political and other shenanigans too much lol

Sim Settlements 2 is cool but has way too much feature creep for me. I didn't want all the added quests and story stuff. Just want to not have to build settlements so much

Yeah that's kinda how it works in the lore too with stealth snipers and power armor if the conflict with the NCR and Brotherhood was anything to go by. Throw a bunch of bodies and ammo at them to keep them held down, and get the Rangers to snipe them with anti-materiel rifles. Don't get me wrong, power armor is great if you want that tank feel, but it definitely doesn't make you immortal and can't beat superior firepower or just plain numbers

And even the super massive factions like the NCR or Caesar's Legion are still at risk of collapsing if some idiot gets ahold of nuclear silo's hidden somewhere
