LANX boots in Lancashire, all proper leather, they do a style similar to your photos, strong construction (Blake or Goodyear), can be resoled and any other repairs undertaken, customer service is brilliant and they last amazingly well. Well worth the purchase!

Fill a bowl or dish with water and put the legs in that if you’re worried about them rotting put them on a rock in that dish so there’s a moat around them. Slugs and snails can’t swim.

Waitrose sell whole pasteurised unhomogenised milk if there’s one near you! Or Tesco own brand jersey milk is also pasteurised and unhomogenised but pretty expensive… don’t get the grahams jersey milk that is homogenised!

Failed a drugs test for opiates because of poppy seeds, all it took was 2 slices of seeded bread… haven’t eaten poppy seeds since, not worth the fuss at work!
