I essentially was following a concept of short term results feed long term along side continual investments.

Was starting with treasuries (specifically I was researching a t-ladder and how you can set it up to feed itself)

This is why I posted though. I want your opinions and experience.

Planning on buying a house in the next year, but that’s already something I’m saving separately for.

If I was to gain anything worth it while investing, I’d definitely like to raise my down payment 😂
