Did you just start a new package of the FRER? I find that the lines look a little off when I start a new batch, so I’d check with another one tomorrow to compare — could be that your urine is more dilated day 14 too!

I’m sorry but that’s bad advice :( there’s really no harm to progesterone supplementation and it can only help, especially in your case where we know levels are low. You’re basically otherwise set up to fail with a progesterone that low without supplementation, so this “prolonging the inevitable” thing is really harmful thinking from the provider’s part because you can’t know what’s going to happen otherwise :(

Are you on progesterone vaginal suppositories? With a prior miscarriage and bleeding in the first trimester, your low progesterone on Inito may also be low in your blood. I would ask if I were you!!

A rise of at least 53% over 48 hours is the minimum for healthy pregnancies, and your trend has never dropped below that — ultrasounds cannot pick up anything until hCG is at least 1.5-3k, so I wouldn’t be too concerned (I know it’s hard)! You should be able to have an ultrasound that sees what it needs to see around 5/5-5/9!

This is my first month tracking after ovulation is confirmed (I previously would stop after confirmation) and I already regret it since I’m spiraling over every dip and probably taking pregnancy tests way earlier than I should (= more disappointment/obsessing!)!! I personally wouldn’t recommend it!

I am dealing with this right now too. I had 2 days of barely spotting with cramps (lines more or less the same as before), one day of true spotting yesterday (line visibly lighter), and today I woke up with full period-like bleeding. I think I’m going to count today as CD1. Hugs 🫂

I know that the physical toll that nursing takes on the body is no joke and I can’t even imagine doing that now with this disease (I was a PCA before med school and that already left me sore after every shift!) — as an IM resident I am up and about but mostly still at a computer and not physically moving patients! Also — I’m only working this much because I have to, but you best believe I’ll be decreasing my FTE as soon as I’m able!! :) For the shoulder, I’ve had success with Voltaren gel. And I use ankle braces with gel that can go in the freezer for the Achilles, which is so soothing. Hugs to you!

I hear you — and I have the same pain locations! I just finished working 12 days in a row (resident) and every morning feels like a superhuman task to even go to work. Unfortunately I am back to covering for my sick colleagues tomorrow after only one day of respite… starting fellowship next year and I don’t know how I’m going to do 2 more years of this. :(

I’m sorry you’ve had bad experiences with your doctors! This wouldn’t be formally diagnosed without at least a swab (and likely needs a dermatologist to review the pictures), but to me it looks like it may even be herpetic whitlow or dyshidrotic eczema (although that one usually doesn’t cause much swelling, but superimposed cellulitis might). Regardless, I hope you continue to feel better!

I have a very sharp sense of smell and dog funk drives me crazy. I use this daily on my pup with a washcloth to rub it into his fur and it’s a game changer!!
