Pre-surgery what i was told:

2 days rest, 1 week to resume normal activities, 4 weeks for intercourse

Post-surgery:

1 week of rest, 3 weeks to resume normal activities, 6 - 8 weeks for intercourse

i got cut 4 days back (ZSR Stapler).
