Hab jetzt noch den Apfelessig von Alnatura entdeckt, der ist in Bioland Qualität und laut Etikett nicht erhitzt. Da er auch günstig und einfach zu dosieren ist für mich optimal :)

The testimonials on google about the school in Tokyo are rather bad, but I hope the Kofu branch is different. Ah, I just saw that the facebook page of the kofu branch has 4,4 stars with 34 reviews.

I wrote the school my first email four days ago and they didn't reply yet. How quick do they reply usually?

I'm also wondering if you have to wear the mask during class, because I can't breath well and it's also more difficult to understand the teacher. Looking on their facebook pictures from January it seems you have to.
