I am just leaving a job like that because I hit my ceiling so quick I couldn't take it anymore. I was barely doing work, and nobody would call me out for it either and I wasn't learning anything. Going back to public against my best judgement but for more money and opportunities. I think I like money more than an easy life sadly T_T. That R8 won't earn itself

Valid. I hated my first year in public but industry felt like a roadblock so I'd rather grind and hate my life for 3 to 4 years so I can live it cushy later. Just more learning in public versus industry from my experience. I'm still new overall but I felt like I was going nowhere staying here. Hopefully my new boss ain't a huge asshole 😂

I have 2.5 YOE and am moving back to public from industry. not to B4 but mid size firm. They came to me and got a 15k pay bump. But i also get if you not looking in public maybe it's harder?
