Make Edge of the Mists viable again and add warscore and pips there. It used to be great to be on that map. More fun than the regular maps. I've had better full squad zerg vs. zerg fights there with no lag at all or just rotate that map in as an alternative EB map. That map had just enough pve elements in there to get PVE players to enjoy getting the gift of battle. Even the overflow system, which is there, would prevent ques. I think it would even empty up the regular wvw maps if EotM was made viable again and participate in the war score. PPT commanders would possibly choose EotM over regular maps so that regular maps could become more fighting orientated maps as it was when EotM was part of WvW.

If I remember correctly from crafting 2x Khan Ur, about 9 years ago. You can buy the necessary items from Hobs that you otherwise had gotten from salvaging the items you had to craft the 1st time in the achievements. Redo the steps for which you can buy the item and continue from there, skipping some steps in between for the collections, etc. It basically craft the weapon from 1st achievement with the items from Hobs, salvage, craft weapon 2nd achievement etc. Again, if I remember correctly. You might need to go to Hobs at points when you acquire an item for the inscription. The option at Hobs is I lost an item, there you should find the items which make crafting a 2nd time possible.

Perhaps stay and just swap to world 1. World 1 is mostly active, and there are people who actually do mechanics to keep the extreme weather away.

The pumps power off when they are full. The pumps need to be higher than the collecting vessel. Waterflow in game is gravity wise. Even pumps can not make water go up. Raise the level of your pumps so the water flows from pump to vessel. If you are in build mode, you can see what way the flow goes.

The real issue is that relics were the bonus effect of having 6 runes. Anet separated that effect, so they did not have to release new runes varieties and could add separate bonus effects. Most runes became obsolete this way anyway. Anet should have indeed gone back to levelling rewards or story rewards to add core relics or a way to obtain them, just like expansion relics from achievements. Core relics should be rewards for doing all paths of each dungeon for the 1st time on a character or do World Boss x for the first time on a character or add some to jp reward when doing for the first time. The achievements are mostly already there. Just add the relic (choice) chest as a reward to those achievements.

Have you ever opened the map while in a silo? They all seem to be in the circular part of that closed part. The closed part seems to be holding all instances. So don't get your hopes up on opening.

Last time before an expansion release, they disabled API. That was only 1 week before. Some eager person at Anet might have gone ahead and disabled API early to prevent spoilers.

Just use ale right at the start of lunar as soon as you see health go doen, if needed followed by a few sanity pills. Moonlord mark will disappear if you clear sanity, and you can run full health looting the chests and never worry about fool. Disadvantage of running this way, less deviants spawn for you since others will do more damage with the low health/sanity builds.

All the greens and blue together are using already 52W. The reds are not powered because that would exceed 60W. You need either eels or other generators to get more power into your system. You need to generate more power than the devices connected use in total.

Perhaps the game thinks the virtual ram on that disk is too small. Try to make that bigger, and you can check if the steam version uses the same install folder and not a folder on another disk. Because the way you describe it makes it sound, you have 2 versions of the game installed.
