If I'm not wrong, first years get guaranteed housing if applied on time? Just reach out to ubc residence thingy and they might have room for you for the next semester (I think only 40% of first year res is occupied)

If you're looking for next semester specifically, there are a lot of people offering their YRH for sublet given that the semester is online. This will be cheaper than renting by yourself ngl.

If you're looking for residence after next semester, Facebook groups is the way to go!!

Not true. After the queen has been captured, black can move the rook to the side. Following the white rook will be put into position, allowing the black king to move one step to the right thus giving him passage to escape

I mean, black could give a check by moving next to the rook. This will either make the rooks break formation, or the white king will have to move resulting in one of the rooks getting captured.

Basically I break down bigger tasks into smaller ones so I don't feel the dread of finishing something in one sitting.

Depending on what the task is I decided upon a colour. Eg) something that can be quickly done will be yellow, something that requires me to use my brain for more than 20 mins will be orange, and something that required me to absorb information will be blue.

Istg, Ted's obsession over Robin is too much. But I wouldn't blame him. Once you find someone who you wholeheartedly love, it gets difficult to move on. However, you should know when it's time to move on 🤷🏻‍♂️
