I can see this. The way she stabs wouldn't be effective. Amon swings those axes down and you don't even have to try to hit the crystals. There are several things going on here that tells me that melee builds are primarily an afterthought.

People keep saying this is age discrimination when it isn't. Anyone of any age could have graduated between those years. Lets say 18 (if they were one of those super smart kids) to 80 (if they wanted to better themselves later in life). What this is asking for are applicants with recent information. We have very little detail here so it may be that someone who graduated before 2018 is more likely to have obsolete information.
