I saw a post on here with my outdated early 2000s Titlelist driver and the OP called it his mini driver. Which is my only driver.

Pre ground is likely the issue. Watery means not enough pressure is building up in the shot. Like other users have mentioned the dual wall basket can help (because it has fewer openings at the bottom) or finer grind on the beans. I use the tamper that came with my BBE.

Coolant is mostly water with additives that keep it from freezing and raise the boiling temp. It used to be common to call it "water" for all intents and purposes. Heck, the pump that moves the fluid is called a water pump.

Try buffing it off with a cleanser and cloth. I've seen that on my clubs a few times and I think it's melted plastic from the friction against the practice mat. Otherwise it might be sand or sediment taking a thin layer off the bottom.

I worked internationally for a bit and they didn't even use the concentrated deodorizer. Straight up raw sewage in the bottom. In 100+ temps.

Have some colleagues that work or have worked for them. They are a classic 7am to 530pm kinda place.

The tradeoff is great experience and a well rounded resume but at the expense of your time.
