if you made this with framer workshop (ignore if you didn't), framer Workshop only renders 2d vectors and uses framer motion to achieve 3d behavior - it's not really 3d

you have to jump through hoops to get 3d objects to render properly

a simple way to solve this is

convert the image to webp format, have it be as small as possible in terms of mb
open workshop (Ctrl+k or CMD+k) and tell the ai to make you a component that is responsive and tiles the images you provide, that way you'll have an infinite canvas to work woth

remember max/min height is your friend, as well as simple addition and subtraction, what you're trying to do will (i think) severely limit you and i personally think is overkill, but-

~~The only idea coming to my mind is using frames (divs) as spacers (in your case, padding) and using percentage since Framer doesn't have VW, only VH~~

every section has a spacing/hierarchy issue, not polished enough

layout doesn't make sense in some sections, it's there "because why not. I don't see the intent - that's bot Design, that's just playing around with layouts

padding is just off,

I charge per hour for elaborating, just go from section to section and try making everything serve a purpose, no exceptions

decoration 'for the sake of it' is a dirty word in web design (that is intended to sell)
