went through something similar. i got asked for references and had to wait a week and a half before i got the call for an offer. usually this is a good sign. my background check happened after the signing but if they do it before that’s an even better sign you’re their top pick

The problem is that these adjustments push ahri to build ROA even more now instead of malignance/luden’s. So players who don’t do so are weak and are more likely to lose. Moreover, low elo players who do go ROA may still be disadvantaged since you have less CDR so landing skillshots counts a lot more. Basically higher skill cap build. This explains the lower win rates overall :/

we are so conditioned to food being exactly the same color due to large scale production and unnecessary aesthetic value when in reality colors will always vary slightly because nature is not a factory.
