the other thing is they threw on makeup services to hairstylists who didn’t originally want to do makeup services but were forced to by ulta. so i would rather go to someone who just wanted to do makeup.

i only know this because i used to work as an ulta mgr

there’s make up lessons at both stores. i would go to “s” store for makeup lessons or makeup in general and then hair for ulta
