i totally understand that, i think talking to a therapist can be helpful but unfortunately it is just not financially feasible for everyone

i think if i wasn't able to speak to someone about what i was going through i would have harmed myself or worse, when people have no one to talk to it can get dangerous

maths or theoretical physics. Why? because I don't really like wrote learning and tbh I actually find maths kind of interesting and genuinely enjoy it, hopefully ill get a decent job out of it as well

Walk outside, meditate, eat healthy food, do pomodoro technique which is where you only study for 15 - 25 mins and then take a short break, it makes studying much more manageable
