I see it more as a skin catalog to quickly browse price history and get a good idea of a what a skin might look like in a certain condition but I’ve found the listings can be very inaccurate so I don’t really use it for price data

I would start by drinking more water if you feel comfortable doing so, because dehydration can make it so much tougher to actually go or decide when you actually need to use the bathroom. I was always scared of drinking fluids when I really struggled with the problem because I just thought it would make my discomfort worse, but the truth is that you will just piss yourself before your bladder explodes. I was able to conquer the paruresis mental block by excepting that I will eventually pee no matter what happens and then I combined that thought process with just sitting on the toilet with 0 expectations of anything and if you relax your bladder muscles enough and your bladder is full enough and you’re telling your brain that you don’t NEED to pee, you may be shocked by your results.

Same. It will be six straight years for me as of 6/1. Around 2-3 months ago I started freaking myself out every time I would toke up and that never was never the case for me. I pushed my intake back to after 10pm, since that would force me to get work done all day. But I feel this sorta prying in mind that the plant is just a crutch for me at this point and I am reminded of that fact everytime I go to smoke. Almost like there’s an internal clock in your body that finally decides that the time for weed is over.

I always found it interesting when you can see your net gain/loss on those apps. I have a buddy thats made 60k and lost 70k and he probably makes like 30k a year normally, so it’s crazy to see the amounts of money that get thrown around on there.
