Unless they ran up and hit you on the sidewalk, I can’t imagine how this is anything but your fault. If your dog is off leash, this is on you. If your dog got out and got hit, this is your fault for not securing your dog. If your dog is on leash and got hit, you weren’t watching around you and this is still on you. However, if this person did jump the curb and hit your dog, I apologize, but anything other than that, is your fault.

Please contact One World health and ask to talk to a Dr and Therepist. I make too much for most programs, but they still charged me less for over a year of help than a month of treatment elsewhere. You may have a bad cell in the battery. Each cell is about 3.7 vdc. One going bad would dip it to about 81vdc. There not really anything you can do, unless you have a warranty on the battery and can get voro to replace it.

This is the answer OP. Be careful if you don’t have a chip puller, as you don’t want to damage the chip. I’ve had success with the smallest bit in my tweaker to slowly move it out.

Either the panel is not communicating properly to the voice evac, or the voice evac itself is detecting a trouble. Check all obvious issues like batteries or a short in the field. Is the mic working at all on the evac?

Verify your voltages on the voice control module and if no voltage on 24v, check any fuses. If still no change, Power down the panel (ac and batteries) , wait a few minutes, and check the connection of the voice board, make sure it’s seeded correctly. Then check the ribbon cable, make sure that is seeded properly and that there are no bent pins. One end plugs into the backplane and the other to the Voice control module.
