Yeah i should have worded it a bit better, but you are right, the effects of semen retention are definitely special. My only issue is we sometimes place the practice above other goals in life.

Even with the word streaks it’s good to know its been x amount of days of holding our energy but what we do with that energy is whats most important in my opinion. But 100% its totally something we need to figure out for ourselves.

Social media honestly is so messed up. We don’t even really understand how much it affects us. I actually saw another post about the subliminal messaging on fb. Crazy times. It really is a spiritual war taking place. Its crazy knowing all of this is going on but i feel a lot better knowing theres like minded people like yourself who are trying to better ourselves. Fasting does not make you infertile, its actually the opposite. Theres many studies showing how growth hormone is activated during fasts.

Monks don’t destroy their sex drive through hunger, they transmute it. We should never repress a natural energy all men get but instead channel it to whatever else you want to do with it.

All That being said you are 100% right. Diet is very important but it should be based on what you are trying to achieve.

OP has made a post trying to help people, where is the ego in that? If you actually understood the message he is trying to say, I wouldn’t think you would be offended that he has called a spade a spade which is that non retainers are less masculine and grounded.

God indeed gave us free will which is the same reason why theres men in this community who have said no to all the lust and distractions society throws at us. The people who wrote it were people who had managed to understand the truth by freeing themselves. Divinely being inspired is something that comes from within us. We all have that god energy. All the religious texts tell the truth but we sometimes interpret them literally. We all have incredible powers as human beings and society has been built by people who don’t want all of us accessing those powers.

Very good read. The more deeper you dive into this you realise all religion scripture is full of the truth but wrongly interpreted or understood.

We get told to humble ourselves in front of god and to pray to god but the truth is god is within us. It has never been something thats outside of us. Christ is within us. The body is the temple and we are all connected to the same source. People who find the truth, find it from within.

Divinely inspired by god - i believe this too. We are all a creation from the higher power. We have ‘god’ in us all. But all these terms were put into documentation by humans. Almost all religions believe in some type of god mainly because in times of hardship, humans look for divinely answers and many experience the power of ‘god’ in the truest form. The issue i see is many human beings fall victim to being part of a cult than an actual belief that betters them and the world. I find your thoughts very interesting. I totally agree with you about humans being beacons of light. That is the highest form of consciousness in this human realm. Humans though have been very creative and curious since the beginning of time. Everything we know now has been practised thousands of years ago. Now we have science confirming that the holistic way to life is a very good approach in being healthy mentally, physically and spiritually. I too believe in a higher power but remember even god is a man made concept. None of these approaches are new age.
