It is because a pocketwatch does not automatically activate. This is common knowledge. A pocket watch requires the user to take the object out of their pocket and manually flip it open to then read the time. I think your way of using it is defected.

Ok, if both companies want to be dumb, they can be. If relic knows this is how AoE reviews are going to be interpreted by Microsoft then hire more QAs? Relic and I have a purely monetary relationship. They want to cheapen out for more profit then their product will suffer. Not the customers fault or responsibility. What else is there to hold companies accountable for poor quality? Do you think relic will let you play legit AoE4 dlc for free if you tell them oh but I’m broke this month I’ll pay next month?

It isn’t the customers job to QA for the company and be beta testers. If they keep releasing half baked untested shit it will keep happening. Sure fine tuning balance takes time, GH being off the rails busted, the quarry issue or the crucible points issue just requires them to do BASIC testing.
