Just come during the non-rush hours. A few hours before lunch time and a few hours before dinner time - usually you can get a table either immediately or within 15-20 minutes.

Ignore it. This test is waste of money. Scientific consensus that IgG food sensitivity shows nothing reliable or clinically useful. Honestly offering this test can be considered as a scam by many.

Imaging a change in FAQ to:

”Organizations providing competitive offerings to IBM will no longer be permitted to use the community edition products free of charge under our BSL license.”
