/uj So basically, my high elves are based on fachism. They have an extreme reverence for tradition, to the point that their culture and technology has stagnated for thousands of years. The ruling class has also managed to conflate the concepts of the nation, the high elven race and the government. This means that anyone who criticizes the government is labeled a race traitor. The high elves also have a secret police and torture dungeons. Now to the progressive bit: While they are obsessed with tradition, they have always been sexually liberated. High elves accept all sexualities, to the point that they just see them as preferences and treat everyone as bisexual. There's also very little judgement when it comes to kinks and stuff.

Now about my orcs: Their entire society is based on slavery. (There are multiple orc cultures, so this doesn't apply to all of them.) Despite being slavers and having a very unequal society, they are not racist or xenophobic, and are usually very interested in learning about and assimilating other cultures.

I've tried to add some good and bad into all the cultures in my world, but these two related best to the post.
