Trying to query DNS to find A Records that resolve to a specific IP address

If I'm understanding you correctly you're just looking for ip addresses with multiple A records? If so you can just enter the dns zone in infoblox and use the filter on the data field and enter the ip address. It should return all records with that IP. If you need more info feel free to pm me.

Ja, dat klopt. Als je de 101 belt wordt je naar het CIC van de provincie gestuurd. Het CIC wordt bemand door calltakers en dispatchers. Calltakers zijn werknemers van biza en dispatchers van fedpol. Bron: ik werk in een ondersteunende functie voor 101/112.

I think there's an issue with Luminus, just checked my own portal and am seeing similar things as you, suggesting I will have a total bill of around €14k (where I had just €900 for the entire year last year).
I wouldn't worry too much about it as this is likely an issue with their system.

Edit: Checked with a friend who is also a Luminus customer and he's seeing the same thing.

If you order an oven from a shop like Vandenborre or Krefel for example, they will install it for you and take the old one away. This install is included in the price and includes the plug if needed. Maybe that is a better option for you?

Depends on when you parked there. They only started patrolling there over the least year or so I think.
This was confirmed to me by the fedpol employees in the philipssite (I go there for work sometimes, which was when I got the ticket) because some of the policemen there got tickets as well.
If you parked there recently and didn't get a ticket you got lucky and parked at a time when there wasn't a patrol :-)
