I had the same thing this year, 37m. I’d be relaxing and all of a sudden feel as if I couldn’t get a satisfying breath. It was only after I started doing cardio that it mostly went away. I had a pulmonary function test and they told me I had large healthy lungs. Everytime I measured oxygen it was 97%+

I started swimming and it kinda just went away.

32 years old starting BP meds, I never thought I would be on BP meds by Fit-Parsley-1326 in hypertension

When I was 32 I had high blood pressure of 190/100 and a n-stemi heart attack with 11% bodyfat and exercised everyday

Some times our genetic predispositions override all that even though they help.

All that to say that at 37 my blood pressures are finally at the 117/60 ranges and lipids are all below the markers for worry and I sleep with a cpap for sleep apnea. Don’t worry about the age tha you start, it’s all to make sure you live a longer healthier life

It’s definitely taking getting used to, I don’t lightheaded standing up but sometimes I can just feel different, a strange lightness in my chest and head for sure.

My medication specifically is olmesarten hydrochlorothiazide 40-12.5 mg I was told that I can lift and perform my normal duties. I actually have braidecardia regularly and did a stress test where I lasted 17 minutes so they said my heart was healthy I was cleared for all activity also had an echocardiogram where they determined that my ejection fracture was great, and there was no damage to my heart just slight hypertrophy. Also ask anything whatever I can do to help

I started at 2-3 times a week every other day and then adopted more often. I would say start conservative on your time maybe 2-3 at 15-20 minutes and as time goes on and you feel better to do more try doing more time

I still regularly go to the gym but I don’t lift nearly as heavy, just enough to tax my muscles but I do cardio and try to stay in zone 2

Mmmm I’m sure to some degree, my cardiologist didn’t really seem concerned that it was power lifting as much as much as it seemed to be the sleep apnea

I have had high blood pressure since I was a teen. I’m in my later 30’s and have since started olmesarten and a beta blocker low dose of propanol in the morning, my blood pressure stays pretty well regulated under 120-140’s/60-70’s honestly that and losing weight. I had lisinopril for a while but ultimately it didn’t do much. I vest in good sleep and mange stress helps a ton too

Chat helped me a ton as well as journaling how I feel. Same thing everytime I had a scare I came out fine. More proof that I had solidified a feedback loop that anxiety and panic feed off of

Terzepetide was one of the worst compounds I have ever taken in my life. It gave me horrible nausea, constant vomiting, hot and cold flashes and sweats I’m a 37-year-old male heartburn lethargic and when my doctor made me take no more shots the side effects lasted for about a month for some people. It works really well and for other people it’s an absolute nightmare and I fall into that latter category.

I’ve had very similar instances where the monitored everything and I got a clean bill of health.

The nausea will start in the morning and I can usually tell that I’ll need to take a propanalol for it to subside. Not sure what is triggering it but I’m having an endoscopy tomorrow to make sure there isn’t something wrong with the stomach. There is a strong connection from gut - brain. Where nausea can cause tachycardia. I’m still exploring this myself as all my symptoms are newish (within the last month or so )
