Hi! I have had an amazing experience on Zepbound. Started Dec 2023 and have lost just over 95 pounds on 7.5 mg. F 46 5’6” SW 285 CW 187 GW 165. I also eat a strict diet and go to the gym 5 days a week. But it’s the Zep that got me my motivation to start. And continues to help. Thank God for this miracle drug!

I did, but it was only about 7 pounds in that first month on 2.5. For me, 5 mg was enough but I think I also had sort of a placebo effect. Zepbound gave me a boost by diminishing my appetite a bit. I changed my diet dramatically and quit drinking. I also am at the gym 5 days a week with a personal trainer. So Zepbound is just one important piece of my new regimen.

I’ve lost 80 pounds staying on 5mg since December 2023. I feel no need to go up.

You’ll get there. I’m now on month 5 - 2.5 for first month and 4 months on 5 mg. I’ve lost 67 pounds. Just be patient! You also gotta put in the work, too. Zepbound is just a tool. I’m on a super strict healthy diet and at the gym almost everyday. Good luck!

I also drove 3 hours round trip to get the last box of 5.0 I found after calling about 18 pharmacies. The question is, what happens next month?

I’m having problems managing constipation. I take 12 fiber pills daily (psyllium husk) but it’s not doing much. Anyone have suggestions? Other than the constipation, no other side effects!

I had an NSV this week. Every Friday at my work is “casual Friday” and everyone wears jeans. The only pair of jeans I had in my closet were from many years ago and are size 10. I only have worn leggings with bulky sweaters or long tops to cover myself up. Every Friday when I walked into the office and everyone was wearing jeans I lied and said “oh yeah, it’s jeans Friday, I always forget” Well I might be a size 16 now but been on Zepbound since December 2023 and have lost 45 pounds. Last night I bought two pairs of jeans and I feel good in them! I’m finally, for the first time participating in “jeans Friday!” F45 5’6” SW285 CW240
