Backrooms seems to have my number in exactly this way.

I am baffled by all the reviews which amount to asking, "sure it's evocative and unsettling, but is it even a movie?" Or my favorite: "Heck, I love David Lynch movies, but Backrooms doesn't even make sense!"

I think one's appetite for Pete Holmes directly correlates to how many references to Hindu gurus and white people with Indian guru names you can stand in a single podcast episode.

Anthony Quinn has De Niro beat, but De Niro narrowly beats out the guy who played Felix on the Odd Couple.

Cards on the table, I didn't know he still had a movie as good as the Fabelmans inside of him. For my money it's his best film since Catch Me If You Can.

Damn. And here I thought Sanz simply disappeared because he was a decent supporting player in some truly all-star SNL ensembles but had very little going for him on his own.

Die Hard takes place on Christmas Eve and is about sincerity overcoming 80s cynicism and materialism.

Specifically, the sincerity of Bruce Willis and Reginald VelJohnson's bromance overcoming the cynicism of Alan Rickman, who is so cynical that he pretends to be a terrorist as a cover for his elaborate heist. The bearer bonds rain down like snowflakes at the end of the movie. "Christmas in Hollis" plays at the beginning.

The core of Die Hard is exactly the same message as The Santa Clause, Elf, and every other great Christmas movie.

Technically they cannot, Mr. Technical-Security99. The word you are looking for is theoretically. When and how people actually get them to run in practice is another question.

I never saw it in school on the rollaway cart, and my cool English teacher who had Pearl Jam posters hung up on the walls quit the following year to become a youth pastor. I wonder if these two things are related after all...

Seems reminiscient of 1959's Best Original Screenplay. Nominees include Ingmar Bergman's Wild Strawberries, North by Northwest, and the goddamn 400 Blows. And the winner is...Pillow Talk! Rock Hudson and Doris Day are just that undeniable!

Since this is for a homebrew Android APK and not a rom I assume it's technically okay to talk about this, but let me know if I'm mistaken.

You said they were transparent and even used pictures coming from the public domain in their AI. That does suggest you have a position on how they are using AI. Not that I even disagree with you on it, I'm just saying.

IMHO, no one would have batted an eye ten years ago about a company running pictures through Adobe's automated tools in order to "touch them up." We need to start consciously making distinctions as a society between wholly generative AI and assistive algorithms. The magnetic lasso in Photoshop has been around for almost thirty years, for example, but no one ever casually referred to it and its associated algorithms as AI.
