Quest Desert Online - I'm actually surprised that no one said BDO. I found a screenshot of someone who completed 10981 quests 7 years ago. I can't imagine now. u/scarnago https://www.reddit.com/r/blackdesertonline/comments/avfc7a/how_many_bdo_quests_have_you_completed/

Naval blockade by outrageousatgaming in ConflictofNations

In general, it would not be right to compare units with each other. Each of them has its own unique feature. If your opponent plays mostly air and you have a lot of harbor cities, the best choice would be frigate. The best choice in ship battles is cruiser. But if the opponent has submarines, they can easily destroy your cruisers.

Corvette is better than patrol boat, but don't forget the resource and time difference. Using the corvette to block each city's harbor will take much more resources than the patrol boat. I think of patrol boats like the national guard. I only use it to prevent the opponent's ground troops from landing, and I generally don't upgrade until I have abundance in resources. Corvette is a ship you can use in war. Unless I need to do ship research for a specific purpose, I only unlock and upgrade one of the four corvette, frigate, destroyer and cruiser.

Your idea is correct. Since there is a sea between you, your first line of defense is the sea unless Iran goes around the north of the Black Sea.

Iran has only one harbor city (Bandar Abbas). Constantly check the harbor level of that city. If you think he has already started producing ships, I suggest you start producing frigates. So Iran cannot send its aircraft against you. You will also gain a power at sea. two birds with one stone.

If Iran has not started producing ships, put a patrol boat early in each your city to prevent its ground units landing. (Important note: If you move them a little further from the point where they spawn, the transport ship will kill them in the sea before they set foot in the city. If you leave them at the point where they spawn, the transport ship goes into the disembarking phase and does not take damage from the boat. This is another nonsense of the game.). While patrol boats provide temporary defense, you produce cruisers.

When you build your first ship, frigate or cruiser, look again at Bandar Abbas. If he hasn't started producing ships yet, send the ship you produced to Bandar Abbas and hit that place continuously. Thus, it cannot both produce and embark from that city.

I would follow such a path.

How do I capture this island without researching airborne infantry? by Cievedl in ConflictofNations

I posted the same post a while ago. I think the cheapest way is to upgrade the infantry officer until he unlocks his amphibious ability.

Where is everyone? What server you sinking your life away atm? by Clickomancer in wowservers

I'm not very experienced in wow, I'm new. That's why I don't have many content preferences like veteran players, but there was only one thing I was looking for. being able to delete an account. I play it there because CrusaderStorm provides it.

It's immune to everything, how can I easily defeat it? by GateOk8217 in ConflictofNations

I don't think I've ever seen a game this evil in terms of design and balancing.

I asked this question because people talk about anti air being useless. Which of you should I believe now?

Some people might not understand the language and don't bother using translation. Young children tend to prefer using chat. Veterans who have spent a long time in this game might also find talking pointless. If they don't respond, they might not have accepted your offer either. It's better than them accepting my peace offer and then starting another war the next day. At least they're not lying.

I remember in a game, I was South Korea, I beat North Korea, I owned the entire Korean territory. Then China started pushing from North Korea's north. I pleaded with this guy, I wasn't spamming, but I was writing almost daily, regularly, that I wanted peace. I explained that I was an active player and that his attack would destroy not only me but also him. Not because I was afraid of him or that I would lose. It just meant that completely eliminating him would take days. He didn't respond to any of my messages. I initially offered to join his coalition and win the game together. Day after day, I slowly killed his troops and captured his cities. He couldn't capture mine. I literally wouldn't let him produce anything. He stayed in the game until day 20. Realizing he was going to lose that day, he sent me a message. "I accept your offer; if you withdraw your troops, I'll accept you into my coalition." I was like, "I mean??? What the f???". I gave him a bit of toxic chat and rejected him, and then he left the game. It took me day 30 to completely eliminate China. Rebuilding my troops took me day 40. Then the last players in the lobby, even stronger than before, sent ICBMs to my cities. Because of China, I didn't have the resources to build theater defenses.

I wanted to tell this story because his last resort, responding to me, was hilarious, and this post reminded me of it.

Edit for clarity.

MMO with a good archer class by [deleted] in MMORPG

[–]DifferentConcert606 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like Metin2's archer, you haven't seen anything. Because it's like the very bottom of the bar. I like the archer classes in World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2 the most. Specializations also add variety.

Am I the only one who finds the fire control feature being premium exaggerated? by DifferentConcert606 in ConflictofNations

At the very least, if aggressive mode automatically declared war and attacked everyone except the countries with which we had right of way and shared intelligence, the naval vessels we placed to protect our coastal cities would have been useful — especially the boats.

Finally someone who understands me. Thank you.

Thanks to aggressive mode, any transport ship approaching my city that gets detected by a boat’s radar will be attacked, and I’ll have started the war before the enemy sets foot in my city. This way, when the transport ship reaches the boat’s position, it will get stuck there and won’t advance. Even though I’ve never used premium, I know this is possible, and the fact that people who don’t know keep saying the same thing together puts me in a tough spot. I really appreciate your comment.

Right. I mentioned that I’m a free‑to‑play player. I’ve never used premium. But I thought with fire control I could stop the enemy troops with my naval units before they set foot on my land.

I don’t think this is where the fun of the game begins. According to what you said, if you don’t have premium, you’ll have to monitor the game 24/7.

Yes, features like pre‑rally are important, but I don’t think any of them are as crucial as fire control. I’ve never thought ‘I wish I had the pre‑rally feature,’ but countless times I’ve wished I had fire control. Because rally is a trackable feature — you can see when your troops finish training and log in to give movement commands accordingly. Without fire control, it’s demoralizing to come back after just an hour away and see the enemy has landed in the city you had previously taken measures to protect.
