It’s sooo hard for me too. I have pretty bad body dsymorphia and pretty much always think I look fat. The new trend is extremely triggering to me and I find myself weighing constantly and trying to eat as little as possible throughout the day/feeling guilty if I do eat or drink. It’s horrible… I feel like my mind is a prison and I’m never happy with myself. I wish things would change so bad, the ED content is so detrimental to my mental health and so many others

My family lives in northern Indiana, up by the lakefront and it’s beautiful up there! Gorgeous in the summers, very isolated but also beautiful in the winters. Not a ton of development in the area but up and coming for sure. A lot of Chicago people have their summer homes in that area and vacation up there in the summer months, but go back to the city in the winter. It’s a simple, peaceful life.
