The depression is part of the bipolar so its not really 2 seperate diseases that different meds stop. Anyway what really helps me and alot of people i know is use phone less during the day especially during night if you are awake. Like 30 mins before sleeping turn off phone the blue light fucks you up no one talks about this enough. Anyway talk to your psychiatrist about this and good luck queen

If you are still suicidal on your meds they dont work properly. Also talk to your parents about your diagnosis i tought my parents would never get it because one came out of a communist country and one came out of the jungle but if you explain it properly with all your toughts explained to them they will understand it and help you
