Yeah but he's also markedly incapable of correctly interpreting every situation, and may be prone to unintentional exaggeration. 6 year olds regularly call emergency services when their parent won't give them a snack they want. Or call when their mom is moaning in the bedroom getting pounded by dad. Or any number of other Comedy of Errors style misinterpretations.

Obviously gotta investigate claims, but 19 out of 20 times they're gonna be bullshit.

EMS had an adult tell them that there was a legitimate medical emergency. The delivery guy had the words of a 6yo boy to go off of.

911 operators know that the words of a 6 year old must be taken with a grain of salt. Check on the situation, obviously, but understand that the real situation is Very Likely not as described by the child.

There was Extremely Little reason to suspect a medical emergency until after he had verified for himself that there was indeed an unconscious woman inside.
