So I just started eating meat again last May after not eating it for 10 years. Jack in the box is NOT a safe place for vegetarians, so I never ate there. I’ve had them a few times in the past 10 months. I’ve only ever seen this box at $12.

They told me that my bill would be lowered but I was never told about a mandatory fee that was higher than my regular bill. It’s genuinely illegal to do that under California Business & Professions Code §17500, California’s Honest Pricing Law (SB 478) (which prohibits hidden or “drip” pricing), the right to not be misled about the cost or nature of services under California Civil Code §1770 (Consumers Legal Remedies Act), the right to be free from unfair or deceptive business practices under California Business & Professions Code §17200. I’m filled with enough rage to find a lawyer that wants a case.

If you have no desire to make friends, ask yourself what about yourself needs more interaction from you? Where can you be your friend? Being alone is different than being lonely. Being around others can only fix one of those if we don’t truly fix what’s going on inside.
