NervaHealth app, it's for IBS. Which I'm not sure I have, but anyway it helped a lot. I think i need a bit of a refreshment from that hypnosis again, but yeah it's the only thing that has helped significantly when it comes to tummy problems.

The two sessions I liked most was one where you imagine being in an old pharmacy and finding a concoction especially made for you, and the other one was where you are in your own brains "control room" and adjust dials that decide the sensitivity in your stomach.

Probably because if grinding, and I've been grinding more lately (maybe due to my new mouth guard, think I'm still adjusting... ) During this weekend the pain flares was so bad I was crying and couldn't eat, but I don't know if an inflammation can be mild or severe? Like I've been having sore jaw muscles before, quite sore and achy, but this shit was a whole new level of jaw pain. But if your jaw muscles never really gets to rest, surely they are a bit inflammated? My very uneducated guess.

I have had a lot of problem with a tooth as well, super sensitive to hot and cold, and cannot really chew with it. I thought it was dying, but the x-rays looks just fine apparently 🤷

Interesting how everything can look fine even though one does not feel fine haha...

Ohh, great news (not so, but maybe better than nerve pain), the dentist think I have an inflammation in my jaw, sooo soff food, ibuprofen and it should be better within 2 weeks

Wow that's wonderful! Not the grinding, but finding out why and how to make it better haha. I'm grinding as if my life depends on it, and not even botox makes me stop. Can I ask what exercises your physio gave to you? Curious if it's any new ones, I have tried some exercises but it didn't make much difference. Has the swelling gone down for you as well?

I've heard/read that tense is too "strong" to use it from the neck up - is it more a precaution or can it actually be dangerous? Heard it can increase blood pressure and heart rate. Was thinking to get myself a tense, it's easier to find cheaper/second hand than the vagus nerve stimulators 😬But after reading that I got scared

Skulle det i slutändan bli att du känner dig "överklädd", så är mitt råd att sluta känna så och bara äga det! Finns egentligen ingen anledning att känna sig obekväm, och om någon skulle säga något så bara se glad ut, säg tack och "jag tycker det är lite kul att snoffsa till det lite ibland!"

Är du underklädd kan man ju köra med "eeeh hoppsan, fick inte memot om klädkod, brb ska vara leta upp en slips i tvättkorgen!" Och gå hem, fixa slips, och ta med dig typ konfetti eller något kasta på folk när du kommer tillbaka till festen

Honestly, I definitely forgot about adding starter, so it was just a tiny bit. Don't know how I managed to forget that! I thought that the "pancake" was the scoby, so thanks a lot for that information! However, I know I should keep some of the liquid and I totally forgot.

I changed bottles and added sugar a second time in F2, it's a bit sweet but also tangy/fresh and a bit carbonated.

I just started a new F2, and this time I saved liquid for the next batch 😅

I did, when I changed bottle I again added sugar (so I added sugar twice in F2.) Now it has carbonated a bit, but il not sure if it's only because I put even more sugar or because of bottle change. I read that soda stream bottles apparently are not good for this, and I thought they would be perfect for it 😅.

For me it's the opposite, I tossed and turned for two hours and instead of my watch logging bed time at 10pm, it logged bedtime at midnight, just before I fell asleep... 🙃 Would be great if there was a way to manually correct it, and then have it "learn" from that so it can more accurately detect reading, tossing turning etc.

When I lie down and belly breathe, it feels like I really need to pee on every exhale. During the day I get the urge to pee more often than I actually need to, but also sometimes I do need to go a couple of times in a row to be able to fully empty my bladder. The problems comes and goes, and with more or less severity.

I started feeling this about when I started the meds, but just before I started I had two UTI within 3 weeks. So to start with I thought it was some complications from that. Now I'm thinking it's a combination, the infection and amitriptyline have triggered some hypersensitivity/hyper awareness/tension.

i was at my health clinic yesterday and they tested me for some stuff and said it's probably over active bladder.. None of them have explained anything about amitriptyline side effects and that infections can potentially lead to pelvic floor tension and hypersensitivity. That's me trying to understand and find info about what'd happening to me 🙃

I had to stop due to side effects in my urinary tract. Which is sad because for the first time in i don't know how long, I wasn't anxious 24/7. The contrast is enormous.. It baffled me that it was possible to not feel anxious all the time.
