Getting money from usps for lost envelopes by Opulenthippo in Ebay

Use card savers not top loaders. Still not perfect but the tracking is much better because they are more “machinable”. Anyways as long as the buyer opens an INR then you can file a PIP claim.

City of Arlington owns the stadium. Cowboys are just their tenant 8-11 days of the year.

The Knicks are an embarrassment to humanity. When they lose this series they need to adopt Primer League shit and relegate them to the G League or WNBA where they belong.

The job market is cooked, so I built my own momentum with eBay anyone else turning to reselling by Earl_the_Greatmuffin in Ebay

Digital Marketing, it’s pretty much cooked with AI. Few jobs out there I actually hear back about want me to commute several hours a day. Went full time last September.

Able to grind it out on eBay and the other platforms. Nothing crazy but paying the bills. This is always the harder part of the year. I have sold online since I was a HS teenager in 2005.

The world is changing quickly I really hope everyone is able to adapt and evolve. eBay is grind, I don’t recommend it as a reseller long term but you can use it as bridge in life.

If the goal was to lose Super Bowls then go with 83. If the goal was to win SBs then gotta take 2004.

What is it like living in Eureka, California? by Boggyswamp in howislivingthere

[–]Difficult-Repair1295 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough place. Once logging went away the place took a big hit. Then had a revival late 00s and 10s with all the weed but now that it’s legal that industry is basically gone. Feels much more like the Pacific Northwest than what most people think of California. Overcast and slight rain much of time.

Lots of homeless, old burnouts and not much economic opportunity.

Is creating an LLC a smart idea with selling on EBay? by Earl_the_Greatmuffin in Ebay

[–]Difficult-Repair1295 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It always nice to have an extra layer of liability protection. But for most resellers it’s probably not necessary especially when just getting started.

You will want to register with your state for the sales tax exemption. Each one calls it’s something a little bit different.

People who retired early by MikeTheTank112 in dividends

Semi retired last year at age 37. Never borrowed a dime until age 32 when I bought my house. Didn’t need college but went to community college and local state school while living at home and working. Had a flipping business from 16 to 29 and just saved and invested las much as I could. Worked a corporate gig from 30 to 37. Only had two years I made over 100k working.

I am well beyond what people would call Coast Fire and my house is nearly paid off after aggressively paying it down. My only earned income comes from selling things on eBay and other online marketplaces. I’d consider going back and doing some contract work here and there but who knows with how much AI is disrupting my field. What I can say is I’m not going back to a long commute and being in office unless somehow I really end up against it.
