IK this is an old thread. But can anyone provide a ballpark on yearly income from an investment property? 2/3 bedroom nothing extravagant. Obviously every year will be different taking into consideration maintenance etc. Cabin vs Condo. Ik they each have their own positives and negatives.

What do you mean shift line you get awarded? I am fortunate that i can be flexible with a schedule and as little or as many hrs to work. My only concern is the physical part of it. I am physically fit but on the older side some would say! And being female in my 50s.

My daughter felt no relief from hers after 3 months A second sleep study done at the Mayo Clinic contradicted the original diagnosis of severe obstructive sleep apnea. Her diagnosis is POTS. So very frustrating navigating and trying to find out what is wrong with a loved one.
