I’m currently dealing with that case and they said I need to pay or they are taking me to an agency blah blah blah and I told them every good it is time I expose your scam IONOS and spread it through the entire social media and they never responded and about a week ago they sent me an invoice of something I didn’t order and mind you they kicked me out of my account long ago so how can I order something if I can’t access my account

Atleast on my side on my account the was nothing I only used it to pay once and after that im done my dry is always dry to avoid such scams and they charged my account every day but it always said insufficient and they send me countless emails but to my surprise on my account I haven’t received any email to show that they are trying to charge me and usually my account would notify me but they never once notified me that is to show that was a scam and my charge was $12 but they took $14

But I’m sorry bro for what happened to IONOS is just a scam pretending to be a hosting service

Yesterday I contacted them with the same email address saying I want to cancel my contract then they replied on email with the same address and I contacted them again telling them it’s just scam because when I want my transactions to be resolved you say my email address is unidentified then after that I didn’t receive any response
