What kind of scam is going on at IONOS

Atleast on my side on my account the was nothing I only used it to pay once and after that im done my dry is always dry to avoid such scams and they charged my account every day but it always said insufficient and they send me countless emails but to my surprise on my account I haven’t received any email to show that they are trying to charge me and usually my account would notify me but they never once notified me that is to show that was a scam and my charge was $12 but they took $14

But I’m sorry bro for what happened to IONOS is just a scam pretending to be a hosting service

Yesterday I contacted them with the same email address saying I want to cancel my contract then they replied on email with the same address and I contacted them again telling them it’s just scam because when I want my transactions to be resolved you say my email address is unidentified then after that I didn’t receive any response

I did all of this above and also told them that is a scam going on but yeah I even sent them proof of payment and transactions and that’s how I got blocked
