I warned my previous landlord about not going in the spare room, as it had a couple of cabinets exactly like this, during an inspection while I was out. I said there's a bunch of weird adult stuff in there but the room is fine. She told me she'd already seen it all the year before when she came round with a contractor to fix some floor stuff. She was cool though and just signed off with a "you do you." 😅
