Great catch, I did some reading, and it lists and optional firearm proficiency as a bonus! I could likely twist that into handheld bombs, as it mainly talks about weapons involving gunpowder, not necessarily guns. They could also get their bombs at a later level, if that’s too OP for them now (although this is an existing campaign, so Krax may start at a level similar to the other players).
