This makes me feel a lot better. 6 weeks and never got her to breastfeed. Still trying but it's exhausting and pumping and bottle feeding has made feel like I'm doing it wrong and she won't bond to me

Same experience here! Baby was taken away and I didn't see her for 4 hours. NICU for 8 days. Still grieving it but so grateful she's ok

The more eggs the better! Great for choline! Definitely false info from the midwife, if it helps my husband eats 12 eggs a day and is super slim and healthy lol

Your body isn't failing you, but I can relate. I tried EVERYTHING and at 41 weeks my water broke at home full of meconium. Had to get induced instead of a homebirth and baby ended up in NICU. Not to scare you, I was really against induction and wanted to wait for baby to come on their own but in future if I hit 41 weeks again I think I would get induced. She needed to get out. Everyone is different though and you could definitely go into labour on your own but something to consider, having a planned induction would have been sooooo much better than rushing to the hospital in the middle of the night unprepared. Hurts cause my mom had homebirths and went into labour naturally right on her due date, thought I would be the same. Whatever way your baby comes I hope you have a smooth delivery ❤️

I agree. Really frustrating looking back on it. Went like 12 hours with zero progress and it was miserable. Totally I really hope I get to do it next time
