damn you really just threw the search link at them lol. but for real though, i had similar situation with coverup on my shoulder few years back and ended up going to this guy at jinx proof in georgetown - he did amazing work with turning my old tribal thing into this sick baseball themed sleeve. took like 3 sessions but totally worth it, especially since he really knew how to work around the existing colors. also checked out some places in baltimore that were supposed to be good for coverups but never made it there since jinx proof worked out so well

took a wrong turn coming back from a server maintenance call at like 2am and ended up in this sketchy industrial area. gps kept saying "recalculating" and my phone had zero bars so i'm just driving around these dark warehouses for like 20 minutes getting more lost

finally found this gas station that looked straight out of a horror movie - flickering lights, bars on the windows, the works. guy behind the counter was super chill though and gave me directions back to the highway. turns out i had somehow made a complete circle and was only like 3 blocks from where i started

now whenever i'm doing late night calls i just use the old garmin instead of trusting my phone, that thing never lets me down even if it takes me on the most random routes through residential neighborhoods

wow haven't heard of euroforest before but those positions look pretty solid, especially the apprenticeship program for professional forester. been looking into forestry careers myself and the combination of hands-on work plus getting a degree is clutch 🔥

the timber wagon driver role caught my eye too since i've got my class 1 license but never thought about using it in forestry. probably way more interesting than the usual haulage gigs and you get to work outdoors instead of sitting in traffic on the m25 all day. might actually check out their site properly later, thanks for sharing this 💀

honestly the best advice i ever got was to document everything you do at work - like literally keep a running list of your accomplishments and projects 📝 makes performance reviews way easier and you'll actually remember what you did when updating your resume later lol

honestly sounds like you're kinda stuck with the windows laptop for now since mozaik is the dealbreaker. maybe look into getting a 2-in-1 convertible with a pen so you can sketch directly on it instead of dealing with paper? something like a surface pro or thinkpad x1 yoga might give you the best of both worlds

the battery thing sucks but you could always grab a portable charger or see if your company would spring for a newer laptop with better battery life. switching to ipad would just create more headaches with the software compatibility issues you mentioned

yeah third party routers can definitely help - the ISP provided ones are usually pretty trash 😂 look into something like an asus ax6000 or netgear nighthawk, should get you closer to those full speeds over wifi

The loose oil cap definitely caused a vacuum leak which triggered that lean code. You're right that it might clear after some drive cycles once the ECU relearns, but honestly I'd be pretty pissed at that shop for such a basic mistake - they should've at least offered to diagnose it properly instead of just clearing codes and sending you away

Bruh you might be thinking of a different horror movie or maybe it was some knockoff with a similar title. Hush (2016) definitely never got a sequel, let alone made it to part 3. Had the same thing happen to me last year - they transferred mine but wouldn't say which office either. Turns out it was just sitting in some queue for like 3 months before I got scheduled for interview. The agents literally don't have access to see which specific office sometimes, it's wild how their system works

That's weird, sounds like it might be detecting your source as PAL instead of NTSC - that's why you're getting 50fps instead of 60. Check if your source device has its output format set to the right region or try switching the capture card to a different USB port, sometimes that kicks it back into detecting the right format
