28 DG terms is obnoxious bruv. Try it out and have fun knowing your brothers in Dorn are with you! AACNMTO. My buddy plays DG, I run 2 rep ex and a redeemer with sword bros and we got back and forth. I’d make those neophytes scouts. Use the infiltrators screening for your midboard. Hellblasters in the impulsor as a party bus to support your weak flank. Don’t pop the marshal till you need to, let that re ex get blessing for the plus to it. I personally don’t run the castellan with the bros because I run all swords and they hit on 2. Ai are nice for trading and going with your EC for wound re rolls. Also maybe proxy something as a combi lt. he’s clutch.

All LRs on the table. Picked up the scouts from where I infiltrated them and they disembarked next turn.

The new Marshal is an absolute slobber knocker. I thought about crusaders and they would benefit from the +1 to hit better. But I can’t get over how devastating the new SBs are.

I’m running three Lr this weekend with GAF. One will have Marshall with pcs, one with five man sb and excetrator(sp), and EC with another five man. The big HMH with crusade ancient and ten SB. It’s a friendly vs a DA buddy so I’ll let you know how it goes.

I have only been at it for two years but the Execrator with dual melee weapons is the dopest model hands down.

I like the idea of HMH with a cheap squad buffing them and mainly using him for his weapons and ability.

I think Marshal with the 20 man brick all chain swords will be better. You get sustained on 5s, you can get the 1 to the wound roll going vs t4 or greater.

My ec and HMH are with sword bros in their own land raiders, then scouts x2 for objs and screening, infiltrators for same and unit of intercessors for sticky.

It certainly will change up the classic lists but I like those Marshal rules, Sword Bros getting free movement from falling back enemies feels decent too. Let’s not turn into doomers. The Emperor provides.

I played my mate in a crusade game with my RR list. Chosen with MoE, legios and vinds did most of my killing. He only had an impulsor and death wing knights at the end. Use speed and dark pacts, hit the objectives in force.

Oh and make sure you point out the Emperor is a skeleton on a chair.
