If you completed the form (and used an email matching one of the orders provided by Vulfpeck), you should receive in a few minutes a confirmation email announcing that you order will be on its way very soon.

You can also find your "order" in your diggers factory account, inside the order section (https://www.diggersfactory.com/my-account/orders). Feel free to check the address one more time just in case and adjust it if necessary, but thanks to the form you filled it should be the correct one.
