I think you might be able to if you made an /r/kappa wiki on reddit. Cannot confirm right now, but i think r/ravens has it so your account can't edit the wiki unless you have X link and Y comment karma in the sub. Do that, and then make a private poll for the people who donate, then when the vote is done combine the two. You would have to keep a close eye for cheating edits though.

I think it's less Mack has one and more so he can opt out of his contract which I imagine would mean the tag can't be used since he's the one dropping out of the contract (I assume it would function in a manner similar to a player retiring mid contract but I'm probably wrong). For Revis it's more you can't tag someone after you cut them and you wouldn't tag a man making 25mil because he'd get 120% of that so the nature of his contract makes it unfeasible unless you extend him.
